I purchased a pallet of these pillows. Each box of 12 are all wrapped together in plastic. When shipped, these will not have any packaging but will be in a new poly bag. Once a case of pillows is opened, the remaining pillows are placed in blue poly bags until they are shipped to avoid any dirt / dust. Pillows will need to be fluffed, as they will be flat upon arrival.
